Action Learning coach: When an action learning team is assembled to complete a task, the team takes care of the ‘action’ while the coach looks after the ‘learning.’ Orbital RPM’s action learning coaches play an integral role in the learning and development of the entire team.

Communities of Practice coordinator coach: Communities need coordinators if they are to survive and thrive. Playing the role of a community coordinator is time-intensive and complex.
