Pam Farone :: Consultant
Pam Farone has worked in the field of organizational psychology for over 15 years as an organizational development specialist, coach and trainer.
Orbital RPM benefits from Pam’s experience examining workflow and applying Lean methodology to determine the “least waste way” to approach a process. New approaches to collaboration and innovation drive new processes and Pam is determined to find them.
Pam has also designed selection and performance measurement systems, implemented and administered customer service certification programs, managed training-based research projects for government agencies, developed curriculum for new training departments and published articles on best practices for hospital administrators.
Pam has performed with numerous improv groups including the Box Fans who were featured in the 2005 Chicago Improv Festival and Barely Legal in Los Angeles with Kate Flannery from NBC’s The Office. As a writer, she has written and performed in several plays in Denver as well as co-authored the column Reel Journey featured in Journey Magazine.
