Lauren is currently finishing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University where she has focused her empirical and applied experiences in the areas of developmental assessment, assessor training, leadership development, sustainable assessment, training design and evaluation, learning evaluation, and feedback acceptance.
She has completed projects with Sun Microsystems, Center for Creative Leadership, Legacy Alliance, and the Colorado Department of Personnel Administration-Division of Human Resources.
Lauren received her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida. She also completed minors in Business Administration and Communication Studies at the University of Florida.
Currently, Lauren is working on projects in the areas of organizational development, knowledge management, social network analysis, organizational learning, social capital, and communities of practice. Lauren is also trained on the Cross Network Analytics social network analysis software.
