Alex Rechlin :: Analyst
Alex Rechlin graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Music. She received her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in 2009, and is currently working on her Ph.D.
Alex has worked on a number of consulting projects including item-writing, test validation, competency modeling, and training evaluation. Her primary interests include training, assessment, selection, and cross-cultural and global topics.
In her free time, Alex enjoys reading, being outdoors, and playing trumpet in mariachi bands and with the Simply Brass Quintet.
