Jacob McNulty :: President
Jacob McNulty brings to Orbital RPM experience and education focused on preparing organizations to operate in a knowledge economy. Jacob is certified in Value Network Analysis and Social Network Analysis while serving on the Business Intelligence Board for CLO [Chief Learning Officer] Magazine.
Jacob started Orbital RPM in 2005 and prior to that was the Director of Learning and Development with ELS where he focused on implementing progressive learning solutions that integrated with overall performance solutions for several Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies. He received his Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida. Jacob has also served as the Director of Human Resources for a nationwide facilities management company, a leadership development consultant for a national firm and an organizational development consultant to a Colorado state government agency.
Orbital RPM has a unique focus as a result of Jacob’s diverse background of consulting, leadership and academia. This blend of real world experience and an academic-like focus on researching the newest and most effective strategies for the knowledge economy ensures solutions that position clients to operate, innovate and win in a market that’s driven by the exchange of intangible things.
